Rent the Entire Floor. Exclusively! From 150 People!

Our spectacular X-Mas Lounge is the perfect location for your company Christmas party for 15 people or more. And the best part: For groups of 150 or more, the upper floor is exclusively yours for the evening.

You can book the entire hut exclusively for 220 people or more. It doesn’t get more exclusive than that. Of course, you can use our existing sound light system. This will make it the perfect party.

Downstairs it's quiet and cozy

Up to 80 people can celebrate on the lower floor. We also play music here, but in the background. This way you can eat in peace, and if you’d like, you can check out upstairs later, where people usually dance.

The Little Room is ideal for meetings, board meetings, or private celebrations behind closed doors

This is probably only available at our place in Essen, only in the X-Mas Lounge

A roof terrace where about 65 people can fit and overlook the entire Kennedy Square. It’s incredible!

Large covered tables provide shelter from the weather, and with its own entrance, guests don’t have to go through the cabin

We plan your Christmas party together with you. All dishes and side dishes can be combined individually.

All prices quoted are gross prices including the applicable statutory VAT.

Our exclusive Family Buffet – for up to 60 people: €29.85 per person
Choose two main courses. The tables are already set. We serve your chosen dishes in large bowls directly at the tables – enjoy a shared meal just like at home.

For 61 people or more: classic main-course buffet – €29.85 per person

Drinks to suit your wishes

“Classic” drinks package for five hours – €54.74 per person
Includes beer, wine, sparkling wine, Prosecco, mulled wine, filter coffee, water and the soft drinks Coca-Cola, Fanta and Sprite.

Extended drinks package with spirits for five hours – an additional €38.08 per person
This upgrade can only be booked together with the “Classic” drinks package. It additionally includes vodka, rum, whisky, Ramazzotti, Baileys, Aperol and Korn – served neat or as long drinks.

Payment per glass: Alternatively, drinks can be charged individually per glass according to actual consumption.

A special welcome: Feuerzangenbowle

€7.14 per person
On arrival, each guest receives a cup of our Original Heinz Rühmann Feuerzangenbowle with a flaming sugar cone – a festive start to your Christmas party.

Gifts for your employees

Homemade Baumkuchen – €18.00 each
A special keepsake from your Christmas party.

Candied almonds – €6.95 per 100 g pack

Baumkuchen and almonds are wrapped in cellophane and finished with a ribbon. On request, we can add a sticker with your company logo.
